1. Received the vehicle and customer detail from dealer, telesales and so on.
2. Input the vehicle and customer detail into database system.
3. Print membership report to accounting, marketing.
4. Send membership daily report to marketing department.
5. Send membership detail to Admin to making the member’s card.(Outsource Company)
6. Mailing the letter including welcome letter, membership card, sicker, brochure to customer.
7. Re-check the customer address when the letter could not sent to the customer.
8. Perform other tasks as assigned.
